Service Scope: All services will be delivered based on agreed requirements and quotations. Any work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
Payments: Services are subject to agreed payment terms. Imperial Systems reserves the right to delay, suspend, or terminate services in case of non-payment.
Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate information, required content, and timely feedback necessary for service delivery.
Timelines: Project timelines depend on the scope of work and client cooperation. Delays in providing required materials may affect delivery timelines.
Confidentiality & Data Protection: Imperial Systems is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and data protection. All client information and data will be handled securely and used strictly for the purpose of delivering services. Information will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law or necessary for service execution.
Data Retention & Deletion: Upon termination of services or prolonged inactivity, client data will be retained for a maximum period of 90 days. After this period, Imperial Systems reserves the right to permanently delete such data. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own backups.
Data & Security: Imperial Systems shall not be held liable for data loss, system breaches, or damages resulting from third-party actions, cyber incidents, or client misuse of services.
Acceptable Use: Services must not be used for unlawful activities, spam, or abuse. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
Refund Policy: Refunds, where applicable, will be determined based on the stage of work completed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Service Continuity: All recurring services (including hosting and email services) must be renewed on time to avoid service interruption or termination.
